MAY THE FORCE BE WITH BLUE Tottenham to feel full force of former fan favourite Kyle Walker when Spurs face Manchester City at the Etihad The 27-year-old signed for the Citizens in the summer, and will face Maurico Pochettino's men for the first time this weekend following his switch
TOTTENHAM will fear the full force of their old favourite Kyle Walker at the Etihad on Saturday.
With the new Star Wars film out this week, the Manchester City ace
may even pull out his ‘Kyle Skywalker’ lightsaber-style celebration he
perfected when he was at Spurs.
The 27-year-old has been superb for the Citizens since moving to the Etihad
He will certainly be looking for a stellar performance when he comes
up against his old club for the first time since making his summer

Boss Pep Guardiola’s
men have been in a different galaxy to their Premier League opponents
so far this season — partly thanks to the impact of Walker.
Eyebrows were raised when City agreed a deal that could reach £50million to sign Walker but not many are questioning it now.
The defender has been a vital part of City’s record-breaking run of 15 straight Premier League wins.
The former Sheffield United star has helped City to the top of the Premier League
And Walker’s old master Harry Redknapp — who took him to White Hart Lane back in 2009 — believes he will strike fear into Spurs’ hearts this evening.
Redknapp said: “Kyle is as good a right- back as any in Europe — if not the best.

Both Clasico clubs have regularly claimed to have been victimised by officials but do the official stats support either side's case? Clement Lenglet's dismissal for an alleged elbow on Pere Pons in Barcelona's Liga draw with Girona on Sunday caused all sorts of controversy. Even Pons was surprised by referee Gil Manzano's VAR-assisted decision to dismiss Lenglet, with the midfielder admitting afterwards that he thought that he had fouled the French defender. "I took a blow but when I got up, I apologised to Lenglet and shook his hand because I thought it was my fault," he confessed. As bemused Barca boss Ernesto Valverde pointed out afterwards, "It's the first time that the player who is sent off receives an apology from his rival for fouling him!" It was a significant call, too, as Barcelona were leading through a Lionel Messi...
